I woke up at 2am thinking about the 43 items I own
I journaled every time I opened an app for 3 days. Even though I knew I was going to do this, it made me cringe every time I see myself pull out my phone. I also see patterns for when I use my phone the most.
I threw away three cups, and I feel so guilty.
