Chambers Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chambers websites, applications, programming interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines that may apply to specific features. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law, to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials and must promptly notify Chambers of any unauthorized use. Chambers may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
User Content
Chambers allows users to submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make content available through the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Chambers a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.
Content Standards
Chambers is hosted and operated in the United States of America. User Content must comply with all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Chambers does not permit the posting of content that is unlawful in the United States. Chambers reserves the unrestricted right, but has no obligation, to remove, edit, or restrict access to any User Content or account at any time for any reason, including content that is lawful yet inconsistent with Chambers' policies, business interests, or community standards.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes interfering with the operation of the Services, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, harvesting data without permission, or using the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of others. Chambers may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMBERS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CHAMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT WILL CHAMBERS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CHAMBERS, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chambers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Chambers may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
Chambers may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or other reasonable means. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
