Getting fired is absolutely terrifying
After 16 years teaching I have decided to leave the profession. I love teaching but what makes it work is the pupil teacher relationship. Over this time I have witnessed things that have eroded this relationship. In order for a pupil to want to learn they need to love and respect their teacher.
