My girlfriend talks in her sleep. Last night she said, “I can’t wait to see the look on her face when she breastfeeds our baby.”

I’ve been with my girlfriend for a little over 2 years. We’ve been living together for about 9 months and everything is going great in our relationship. I’m pretty sure she’s not pregnant. We’re always careful when we make love. I know that sometimes accidents happen, but she seems extremely excited about breastfeeding a baby that we don’t even know exists. Is it possible that she’s pregnant but doesn’t know it yet? Is she having some kind of dream about having a baby? I tried to ask her about it this morning, but she laughed it off and assured me she was just dreaming about random things. Part of me wants to go buy a pregnancy test and have her take it right now. The other part of me is just terrified about what will happen if she is pregnant.
