Using a straw makes soda taste better

I always had difficulty finishing a bottle of soda because I hated the flat taste towards the bottom. I noticed one time that if you use a straw, you can bypass the bubbles and drink the good stuff at the bottom where there is still carbonation. Your taste buds will thank you.
