I think I might have broken an already broken kid

EDIT: thank you guys for the support, but please think twice before messaging me your problems, I don't want to offend anyone, I'm pretty sure I'm not qualified enough to give advice, and if I'm being 100% honest, I'm going to mark all the messages as read and move on with my day, not because I don't care, it's just that I can barely look after myself, let alone somebody else. <br>But thank you all the same for thinking of me<br><br>______<br><br>This is the first time I'm breaking my anonymity on this dumb little twitter account, but oh well, I guess I have to at this point. <br><br>I'm 15 and Irish, and due to corona, I couldn't see my girlfriend for 6 months, so I broke quarantine and she house and we had sex. But I got a text from my best friend of 10 years saying we needed to talk, and as soon as I saw it, I knew I was in trouble. I broke quarantine for the girl, but I broke what's left of my friends heart in the process. <br><br>He's always liked this girl in my year named Ellen, we were all in the same year in primary school, and my best friend Sam always liked her. We moved to different secondary schools, but my girlfriend is still in the same school as Ellen, and that's how I got in trouble. Ellen's Dad was a nice guy, but he got corona and it killed him. My girlfriend's mum is a teacher in the same school as Ellen's sister, and she was the one to tell my girlfriend that my best friend of ten years was having sex with her little sister, and that wasn't how she found out, her sister told her. <br><br>I'm in a lot of trouble, and I don't know what to do, so I'm just venting here, but if you're going to comment, please don't be mean, I'm already getting shit from my parents and I'm fighting with Sam's girlfriend, so spare me the mean comments if you can. <br><br>tl;dr: I broke quarantine to have sex with my girlfriend, and my best friend was fucking the little sister of a girl whose dad died from corona, and I'm the one who threw him under the bus
