I stole a massive bag of Reeses pieces from a movie theater and had to be chased down by an employee

One time when I was about 12 my friend and I were at the movies and we were determined to get some free snacks so we filled our 2 water bottles with soda, stole 2 boxes of Junior Mints and my friend took a full box of gummy worms. During one of the pre-movie ads I noticed some lucky person had left behind a 5 pound bag of Reese’s pieces on the ground. I immediately noticed a theater employee walking towards me, so I grabbed the bag and ran into the mens room and 2 seconds later the guy bursts in and is like “seriously, you stole a 5 pound bag of reese’s pieces? Really?! Come on! You have to give it back!” The bathroom was pretty crowded for a mens room so he was getting a lot of weird looks. He told me to give him the candy or he’d call the cops and have me arrested and I said “I’m not giving you my Reese’s pieces, you have to take them from me” and then I locked myself in a stall and wouldn’t come out. The guy was shouting at me from outside the stall and started kicking the door until it started to break so I tossed the bag over the stall and he caught it, gave a satisfied smile, and left. He didn’t even care about the huge box of gummy worms or my sodden Junior Mints.
