I know this sounds obvious, but at 26 I finally figured it out after years of wasting my money on gym memberships. For me at least, it’s hard to motivate myself to go to the gym consistently, and the gym is just kind of boring. <br><br>One day I decided to buy a couple juggling clubs and watch a few tutorials on YouTube and now it’s my favorite thing to do. I love juggling so much that I juggle every chance I get. For me, buying juggling clubs was a better investment than a gym membership, which would have been a waste of money anyway.<br><br>I don’t think juggling is for everyone, I just think that you should explore your options and figure out what exercise you enjoy doing. It might be playing a sport or swimming or hiking or anything really, but doing something just to “stay healthy” kind of sucks.
