Because puppy -> adult dog looks like that.<br><br>Actually, this might be right but never talked about. Not all people have a child stage. So it’s more about a stage than looking like another stage. But I’m not sure where to draw the line.<br><br>Regardless of how much we evolved we still look like the new born version of us.<br><br>All humans have a child stage - and all humans -born or not- look like the new born version of us.
