When doing 1 on 1 business meetings with strangers, Google Meet etc is better than Zoom because only you can end the meeting. Guests cannot.

I used to use Zoom for a lot of 1 on 1 business meetings. Recently, I noticed customers saying they ended the meeting because they were trying to close the window, but ended up ending the call. This meant I had to start a new meeting, which takes a few minutes and is annoying.<br><br>To fix this, I make everyone wait in the waiting room, which means only I can end the meeting. Guests can close their window without ending the meeting, and a few seconds later they can join again.<br><br><br>EDIT: Google Meet is free and I use the free version. I have no ties to Google Meet, this is just a thing I learned. If you have a better solution please let me know.<br><br><br>EDIT 2: Some people are saying this isn’t a problem and I should just stop complaining. I get it. You are right. It’s not a big deal. I solved the problem and figured I’d share the solution. I don’t want to live in a world where people can’t share tips because the problem isn’t serious enough.
