I was a foster child and I was never adopted.

My friend's dad was my foster dad when I was 5. She's 4 years older than me. I'm 14 now and I've been living with them for 9 years. I'm basically apart of the family. The reason I'm writing this is because my friend's dad found out that I was a foster child that was placed in the system when I was 2. And he wasn't supposed to be a foster dad and he was only supposed to be a foster dad for a month, but he never returned me to the foster center. And he's been hiding me here for years.
