I didn't call 911 when my mom was dying

I didn't call 911 when my mom was dying. She had a stroke in front of me a year ago and just a few days ago, I was thinking about how I can just call 911 and get help. She was breathing, but she couldn't move because the stroke paralyzed her half body. I don't know if she can talk. I was so scared that if I call 911 and try to say something, I might say something that gets her in danger or killed and the same time I thought I need to get her to the hospital. I felt like I was just a zombie. for a few seconds I thought she was having a heart attack and forgot to call 911. I only had the phone number to call my mom's friend saved and I called to ask to send an ambulance. I don't know how long it took. At least 10 minutes.<br><br>My mom is still alive and doing rehabilitation. She can't walk and only has a little bit of feeling in her paralyzed side.
