I've never seen a homeless person on a street doing anything troublesome. I don't understand why people say they're scared to give them money.

It just makes sense to me, a homeless person has less money so they should need more money, you have more than them, so you can afford to give them some, so you give it to them and then they aren't homeless anymore, and then you're not scared of them and you can give them more money, it's just logical.
