I'm not allowed to look at the neighbour's garden, but the flowers are calling for me

When I was little, our family moved into a new house with a big garden. Mum told me not to play with the neighbour's kids, but I was curious about the garden and decided to sneak in one night. I didn't find any kids, but I found the neighbour...and the garden was full of thousands of beautiful, enchanting flowers. I couldn't resist picking a few, and when I woke up the next morning, they were on my bedside table. I felt guilty and decided to throw them away, but when I opened the trash can lid, I saw more of the same flowers inside. My parents told me not to throw them away because they brought good luck, and we should keep them. As the days passed, the flowers spread all over our garden, and I felt a strange pull towards them. I tried to resist, but the flowers whispered my name and begged me to come back to the neighbour's garden. I went back, but this time, I never returned.
