LPT: If you are previously incarcerated and looking for a job, put “returning citizen” on your resume. There are programs that help companies hire felons.

I worked in recruitment for a short time. If you put “returning citizen” it gets you on a short list for a second chance program. I’m not sure if it works 100% of the time but I do know that it’s a good work around to the felony checkbox on job apps.<br><br>Edit: Well holy crap that blew up. Thank you for the gold and silver!
