I lied to my boyfriend and he thought it was funny. I don't know what to do now as to not hurt his feelings.

Throwaway account. I (20f) was at the mall, and my boyfriend (22m) called me and told me he missed me so much he had these "flux in his pants". I was embarrassed and didn't really laugh but he added that "it's been 3 days, the flux is growing" and I had to hold my laughter in. I laughed and told him that he has to tell me more about what happened to him and he said "I think you need to come home and suck out the flux cause I don't know what else to do" so I said let me finish what I am doing then I am coming home. <br><br>The truth is I was already home. I didn't have any plans of going to the mall. It was a lie to make him feel special, but I don't know how to tell him cause he thought it was so funny and I am confused. I don't wanna hurt his feelings so I don't mention it.<br><br>So I am here, begging for help. Please help me.<br><br>Edit: thank you all for the comments and advice!
