I wrote a suicide letter for my husband

I wrote a suicide letter for my husband when I was 17 and he was 18. It’s not a dark secret that I have bad mental health. My therapist had suggested I write letters to people I care about once a day for a week and then give them said letter for my birthday/my boyfriends birthday/my parents birthdays. I wrote one for everyone and my husband found it a few days later. At the time he was so confused. A few months ago he told me he found it. The letter was genuine and said nothing bad but was a thank you.<br><br>I never told him I wrote it.<br><br>Edit: he was my boyfriend at the time not husband
