Grocery shopping carts are way to big for a decent person

I’m type of person to buy only things that I need and I never shop impulsively. My shopping cart is never full and I feel that the cart is too big for my needs. But some people fill them to the top and it makes me wonder whether they ever clean their fridge or they just throw everythig in as soon as they get home
