I lied to my friend when she asked me if I knew how to do a backflip so she would show me

This is the first time I signed onto this website or app but this is something that has haunted me for a while. I’m a gymnast, a good one, but I lied to my friend who was better than me so she would show me how to do a backflip so she would get hurt. She did it wrong and landed wrong and got hurt really bad. She had to get surgery. I still feel guilty to this day signed a gymnast who is not proud of what I did
