When using public restrooms, always turn the light on, even if you're just going into a stall

I always thought it was weird, but my dad taught me this trick. If you turn the light on, you'll see if anyone is hiding in one of the stalls. I've caught people hiding in there multiple times, and I'd much rather know that someone is in there than to not know at all.
