I have been stealing from my company for the last 10 months.

Everything started with a customer leaving 2 bottles of unopened champagne in the fridge. I stole it and sold it for \~$100 and used it to treat myself to a new pair of boots.

I work as a server in a restaurant and my job is to pick up the orders from the kitchen and deliver them to the customers. Sometimes orders get sent out and we realize that there is a mistake with it and have to replace it. This is were I started to make my own mistakes (by purpose). I would take out an order and come back to the kitchen and say that the customer didn't like the food and wanted something else. I would then take the "mistake order" and eat \~1/2 and sell the rest.

I didn't only sell full dishes. Sometimes I would ask the kitchen to make me a burger patty or fried chicken strips. I would eat \~1/2 and sell the rest.

I also take full glasses of wine or beer and cocktails and sell them. (I drink \~1/2 and sell the rest).

I also take steak knives and plates. (I sold them to a lady that was opening her own place)

I take full bottles of opened liquor (vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila, etc)

I take full bottles of wine.

I also go to the bar sometimes and ask for a glass of wine and take the full glass and sell it.

I don't drink anymore because I'm selling so much alcohol that I'm making good money. The last bottle of wine I sold was for $120 and the opened bottle of vodka for $80.

I don't do anything with the money. I just stack it up in my room and sometimes have audit the money to make sure that I didn't loose any.

I'm scared to do anything with the money. I don't know where to invest it or how to hide it.
