The majority of human beings that have ever lived would've been considered "disabled" by today's standards.

I've been pondering the difference in quality of life and accessibility in recent times compared to even just 50 years ago. And I got to thinking that the majority of people have lived as disabled. That majority of human beings would've been at a great disadvantage socially and economically. The "able bodied" are actually the minority in the grand scheme of human history.
