I destroyed a public restroom

I’m sick to death over this and it’s been for years now (2 years almost) I don’t even know why I did it… I was on a road trip with some friends and we stopped at a gas station for some snacks. I went to the bathroom and it was so disgusting, the toilet was clogged, there was trash all over the floor, one of the sinks were out of order and there was blood stains on the floor. I did my business and while washing my hands I just looked at myself in the mirror and saw how disgusting I am and I just felt empty inside for some reason. I looked around and saw an empty trashcan and I grab it and threw it into the mirror breaking it. I grabbed the big pieces and threw them into the broken sink and after it shattered a bit more I grabbed it and threw it at the door kinda like a baseball pitch but it was a “home run” and it shattered into tons of little pieces all over the floor, I was shocked that it broke that much. I don’t know it’s stupid and I’m sick over it but it just felt so satisfying…
