I lied about my height to get a better job.

I work in a patient transport medical field, moving patients around an ER by laying them down on a bed and moving them to another department, wash their shitty pants, and other odd jobs around the departments. My partner had a mental breakdown about 11 years ago and has carried the trauma since. When she applied she told them she was only 4’11” to get a job that 90% of the other coworkers don’t want because they are bulkier patients. I’m 5’5” but I’m still getting paid the same as the other coworkers who are doing the same job.
