I stole thousands of dollars in change over 2 years working at McDonalds

When I was 16 I got a job at McDonald’s. I hated making food and working front counter. I always asked to work drive thru window taking money at the first window. <br>This was before credit cards so everyone paid in cash. I would accumulating large amounts of cash until my apron was full and then I would go into the bathroom and empty my apron into my pockets or my shoes if I had Cleaver hiding spots on my person. Then at lunch I would take my stash outside and count it. I made around $50 a day, sometimes over $100. I felt like I got away with it because no one ever noticed id always ask to go to the bathroom after accumulating.<br><br>Edit: Wow didn’t think this would blow up. Glad I could entertain so many. I used the money mostly on weed, stupid stuff and saved a little. I think I stopped at 18. isNewed up being a manager there for 2 years before quitting at 20. Definitely plugged my thievery once I had access to counting the tills lol. I’m 42 now living a normal life. Been over 20 years since I worked there. I guess the statute of limitations is up and I’m not giving away the name of the town or location ;-)
