I’ve been stealing from my job for three years

I work at Starbucks and I’m a shift manager. My store is very laid back in terms of following policy when it comes to free drinks and food. The policy is that partners get one free drink/food item per shift and it must be consumed in store. My managers let us take food/drinks home. Usually I’ll take about 2-3 drinks/shift and maybe some food when I’m hungry. I’ll have about 4 shifts per week.
