Hey’ve you ever heard of the shakes? It’s when you are so frozen that your body shakes violently to warm itself up. For some reason it always made me feel warm. So what did I do? I gave myself hypothermia over and over and over again to feel warm. I would do this by sitting in the ice bath in my dorm bathroom. I would sit for at least an hour. I’m so stupid.
