Always check your bank account at least once or twice a day.

There have been times when my bank has called me and said, "You have spent this amount today on your card and you have this much left. Is this correct?" I have been glad they called because I was scammed at least twice in my life. I'm glad they called because I would have been screwed because of it. So, when you check your account a couple of times a day, you will know if you have been struck by scam and you will get your money back.
