I stole thousands of dollars in change over 20 years working fast food

I work at McDonalds and have been for over 20 years. I always made sure my drawers balanced at the end of the day, but I always added 5$-10$ in change into my pocket everyday. The crew usually would clean the trash at closing, and we would dump the trash that was on the floor from sweep and mop into the 55 gallon drums. I always checked the trash and usually found at least another 10$ on a good day. I made 6.50$ an hour for the first 4 years, then got a 25 cent raise. I would do this daily, and I have been there for over 20 years. I estimate that I have stolen over 20,000$ in change and food. I feel guilty, but my coworkers have done the same thing. I would normally take a large fry or apple pies with me at the end of the day for over 20 years. That is a lot of food.
