Your high school/college age cousin who has never learned to cook will probably eat fast food for the rest of their life.

A good friend of mine and I were discussing how we are not worried about becoming fat because fast food tastes so bad and feels even worse, we’d never be able to eat it enough to gain weight. On a whim I asked him when he first learned to cook and it turns out he never did. He is 28 and still hasn’t learned to cook a thing. He still is in great shape, continues to eat fast food, and will eat it every day for the rest of his life. The thought terrifies me and I pray he gets gout at 40.
