Can Google see that I'm on half a million chambers?

I tried to create a new chamber, but it says I have to wait 48 hours before I can create a subreddit. <br><br>I have a feeling that Google/Reddit/whoever knows what I'm doing on Chambers and they can "block me" from creating new subreddits.
