My husband called me a russian spy and said I was poisoning him with the food I've been making him

I wanted to do a little weight loss meal prep for my husband and I for new years, and since he travels a lot on the job, I made him some frozen meals to put in the cooler when he leaves to take on the road and I was excited to say the least. But he just called me and was mad at me, telling me I'm a bitch and a Russian spy and he hasn't eaten any of the food since the 3rd, he's been throwing it out and buying fast food on the road instead because he was convinced I was poisoning him. I'm really not sure what's going on because he just started yelling at me over voicemail, very strange.<br><br>I used plastic microwaveable cups and plastic ziplock bags, and then put them in a plastic container to take with and put in the cooler. The food was perfectly fine when I made it and I tasted it, and I've been eating it too at home and have had no problems. But he said it smelled so bad he could smell it in the car from outside the cooler bag and had to stop at a rest stop to throw it away. I have no idea what could have made it go bad like he said, I've been to multiple rest stops with this same meal prep in the cooler and I can't see myself just leaving it in the car either, it was also vacuum sealed before putting in the ziplock bags.<br><br>Can someone help me figure out what I did wrong? I did a chicken and sweet potato dish and also a chicken/cheese/macaroni one, both of which I've made before and had no issues with, and I followed all the instructions for how to meal prep properly. I'm really concerned because he's telling all of his friends that I'm trying to poison him and they're all believing him.<br><br>TLDR: I made meal prep for my husband to take on the road and he's accusing me of trying to poison him because he said it smelled so bad. I'm not sure what went wrong or what I did wrong in the process or if it was even me.
