How do you stop meal prep from being so boring?

I meal prep because I’m absolutely terrible at coming home from work and cooking. I was on the keto diet and it was really fun to make different keto recipes. Ever since I had my baby, I haven’t been able to afford the keto diet (and I honestly miss carbs) and I’m just tired of what I’m making. I’m getting a little sick of chicken breast. I also don’t like fish, so there’s that. <br><br>I’m tired of salads as well. I’m getting a little sick of the same old quinoa and avocado and chicken breast bowl. <br><br>I’ve been doing a lot of ground turkey, but it’s expensive and it doesn’t last long. I’m averaging about four meals, maybe five. <br><br>I’m tired of carnivore diet. I’m tired of chicken thighs. I’m just tired. I miss meal prep and I enjoy eating the food I prep because I know exactly what I’m eating. But I want to change it up and come up with different recipes. But I’m not sure where to start. <br><br>I’m on a budget, I have a family of five to feed, and I’m honestly just tired of recipes. Where do I start? What are some suggestions? What are some different recipes that are healthy, cheap, and not boring?
