My girlfriend [21] is violently in pain when we have sex. She’s tried several different positions and lubricant but nothing helps. What else can we do?

She’s tried different positions but nothing seems to help. She’s tried different lubricants but it doesn’t really help. She’s tried to push through but she always ends up in extreme pain. I’m concerned for her and I’m not sure what we can do.
