Proposal to the moderator team: A change in how we display content to our readers.

**Background:** If we're going to operate under the assumption that the most important thing is to remind our readers it's not real, we should do it in a way that keeps readers engaged, and also incentivizes readers to come to this sub to see our jokes, and to share them with their friends, family, and random strangers online.

**Proposal:** All posts on this sub should have a disclaimer, either at the top of the post or in the post body itself, reminding the reader that the post is satirical and not meant to be taken seriously. It's not hard to do, and I think it's a good way to build trust in our readers. It also makes us look better when we resolve copyright complaints.

**Implementation:** We already have rules about what sort of content can and can't be posted, it's not like we haven't done this sort of thing before. All that needs to happen is we add a new rule that all posts should have a disclaimer. If a post is made without a disclaimer, the moderators need to sort it out before it is approved by a team of moderators. If a post is made with a disclaimer but still breaks other rules, it should be dealt with accordingly as per our current moderation process.

**Conclusion:** I think this is a good idea, and I'm open to feedback.
