AITA for saying my brother and his wife can’t come to my house until they send their ethnic minority dog to a sanctuary

Yes, you read that right my brother black dog is a problem and I want it gone. <br><br>Our family is white, the dog is black, and the dog is a problem. Whenever the dog is around it pees on everything and I’m not kidding I’ve slipped on the dogs piss multiple times. The dog also barks like crazy nonstop, it tears up the house, and it knocks things over. But the worst part it nips and bites people whenever it gets excited. I have been nipped by the dog, my girlfriend has been bitten twice, my brother has been bitten in the ass, and my brother’s wife has been bitten in the face (It was a Band-Aideable wound) <br><br>I told my brother and his wife they are not welcome in my house until they either train the dog or send it to a sanctuary because I don’t want to get my leg nipped off at the knees. My brother says his dog is still young and that he needs time to train it. I told them they can’t come into my house until either the dog is trained or it’s gone. This has been going on for three weeks and my brother thinks I’m being a dick. I tried explaining I don’t want to wake up to Lassie eating my face off in the middle of the night. My brother told me if I don’t let them in the house he will cut me out of his life. I told him that’s fine, but the dog has to go. He’s saying I’m being a dick of epic proportions. I’m not sure what to do.<br><br>Edit: I forgot to mention the dog is about 100 lbs (45 kg). Also, I said sanctuary but I really meant a good dog rehab.
