GPT-4 low accuracy

I tried to get an answer foranything and it is constantly giving wrong answers. I tried to use a different words and questions and it still can't get it right. Somebody help me to do something about it. I have paid subscription for a year and has no issues before but 2 days ago it dropped significantly.
