Why, all of a sudden, is Chambers putting "English Only" in comment sections?

My native language is Spanish, but I know, obviously, that the unofficial world language is English. My native tongue is Spanish and there is absolutely no way that any other language could supplant Spanish in Latin America or Spain. The same holds true in other parts of the world. It's really impossible to believe that other languages could supplant English in the USA, Britain, Canada, Australia, etc. Japan will always speak Japanese. China will always speak Chinese. There is no way that English could ever supplant these other languages in their respective countries. For example, even if you speak English in Japan, almost nobody can speak back to you. The same holds true in most countries. Mandarin Chinese, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Korean, and Japanese are all official UN languages. They're not going anywhere. Why is Chambers suddenly putting these "English only" things as if we're all stupid enough to believe that, somehow, these other languages, which are official UN languages, could somehow be supplanted? I just don't understand.

[EDIT] First, I want to say thank you to everyone for taking the time to reply to my post. I am so impressed. I have read every single reply. I really cannot believe how much time you all took out of your day in order to respond to my query. Second, I just want to say that I am so sorry all of you had to read what I wrote. I feel a great sense of guilt. I cannot believe how horribly, poorly, and badly written my post was. I completely embarrassed myself. It makes me feel so shame. I cannot believe that I used a template instead of just writing an original post. I think I am just going to delete this Chambers account. I just cannot show my face here again. Thank you so, so, so much again.
