Speedballing, for those who don't know, is a dangerous mix of heroin and coke (or sometimes crack or meth). It's very very dangerous and I'd never recommend it but I also like to tell the truth about my past so:

This is a story I've wanted to tell for a while but I wasn't ready.

Also, I'm not sure what to call this post, so if someone has an idea I'd be happy to hear it.

When I've been in relationships in the past I always end up being the person to help my S/O (significant other) through some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Because of this, I've had my fair share of very very sad and touching moments with women.

So one night years ago when I was living with my then girlfriend I just happened to be speedballing in the bed while watching reruns of an old T.V show, I forget the name.

It was one of those classic, family sitcoms in which the mom and dad were happily married for many years.

In the episode I was watching, their marriage was beginning to show signs of trouble.

The husband would always have these little moments here and there where he'd be a little snarky with his wife but she'd always just laugh it off and shrug it off, but you could tell it was bothering her.

At the end of the episode, the husband (I forget the character names as well) was saying something snarky again but the wife wasn't laughing.

It was just a small, seemingly insignificant moment, but you could see that things were changing for them.

There was a moment of realization even for the husband that this was a turning point in their marriage.

Because of the drugs I was on, I was extremely high and sensitive so I got really choked up as I watched them and thought about how difficult it must be for someone to watch their marriage fall apart.

I then looked at my girlfriend and felt sad knowing that one day, she would be in that married couple's situation and watch her marriage fall apart.

I almost cried at this point.

Now obviously I don't know if that couple ever got a divorce but the point is they did have marital issues and the wife was sad about it.

At the time however, it was just so beautiful to me for some reason.

I think it's one of the most beautiful moments I've had in my life, watching a married couple's relationship begin to fall apart while laying in a bed high as fuck next to the girl I loved.
