How do I, as a man, avoid dating polys/ethics?

Hi guys. I’m a 23 year old male who recently learned about polyamory polys and ethics from a dating app I’ve been using. I’ve been polys/ethics free lately but I’ve been getting a lot of interest from women who say they’re poly and I don’t feel comfortable with polys/ethics. What can I do to avoid those types of women?
