Ex. flashcards, routine, writing down everything, going to real class, reading books, doing the work yourself, and so on.

I’m sorry but most modern methods are sugarcoated or fake or something. Most of them don’t even work. A lot of these modern methods sound great on paper but they are not realistic and are not long lasting.

The only reason some modern methods work is because they’re like a diet, they work in the beginning and as soon as you lose that initial excitement and fascination, you lose the motivation and everything stops.

I’m not saying every single old method is good, or that every single modern method is bad. I’m just saying, unless you are an expert in a field, the most popular method used right now is probably a fad and is not grounded in science or facts. Most people are just novices at best. Using whatever is popular like a sheep is not going to guarantee your success.

Modern methods were created to make money, they are mostly fads. Old methods were created solely to work.
