Someone I know really close to me has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Unfortunately it was me and it got (im) properly diagnosed. So what does this mean? Well I can't be too sure at this point about that, but I have been directly a.d.v.i.s.e.d. to not share this with anyone else, which obviously I didn't do.
