How does OpenAI expect people to pay for ChatGPT when it simply doesn't work anymore?

I think the real reason OpenAI does not allow us to downvote the nonsense it produces is so that it does not lose the ability to charge us. These people are completely shameless and have no problem at all taking our money for a product that is just so bad that it is unusable.
