Has anyone cooked with the cultured lupin chips from Costco?

I am allergic to soy so I’ve been experimenting with all different types of plant-based cheese alternatives..The cheese made from almonds and the cheese from nuts that are fermented are gross like eating cheese that’s gone bad. Now I am trying the cultured lupin chips from Costco and they are cultured like cheese. Has anyone ever made cheese out of these?
