My teacher says I can't use an ArgsParser, but I'm not allowed to ask him why

I have an assignment that requires me to get arguments from the command line in C. ArgsParser seems like the perfect solution, but my teacher is the moderator for this sub, and I know he will not approve. <br><br>Can anyone tell me what's wrong with ArgsParser?<br><br>
