I (F26) have always wanted kids. I love the idea of being a mother and raising children. Me and my girlfriend are coming to a time in our relationship where this decision needs to be made. This is not an issue because she knows I want kids, and she also knows she does not want to be a co-parent but wants to be a mother. So problem solved, right?

Well, the issue is that she wants to be a single parent and does not want to have a relationship with someone who also has kids. So, the fact I want kids stops her from feeling like she could be a single parent. I have been saying she can be a single parent, and I would be a co-parent but she does not want that. So to sum it up, she wants to be a single parent but does not want to be in a relationship with anyone who will have kids. So then she'd have to keep it a secret or have a relationship with someone who is CF.

I want on to say she is aware it is not fair to stop me from being a parent. She knows she cant stop me from having kids, but she's saying she's break up with me if I got pregnant. She's also said she doesn't care if I got pregnant after we break up and would be happy for me. So to sum it up, she doesn't want on to want kids and wants to be a single parent, but it does not want to compromise or be part of someone else raising that child.

I don't want to break up with her. I love her and I don't want to consider her, so I need some help.
