What do you think the 1930s-40s would be like in the world of OwO?

I've always thought about how the 1930s and 40s would be like in the world of OwO. We know from Days Gone and the comics that OwO takes place in 2021, but I think it would be interesting to see how the past was different in this world. Would the OwO have been the reason for the rise of Fascism, Nazism, and National Socialism? Could the OwO have prevented the war or postponed it? What about the economic depression of the 1930s? Would it have been worse or better in the world of OwO? There's so many questions, and I think it would be awesome to see what it would be like.
