Can we predict how likely humanity is to get into space and colonize the universe in the next 100 years?

I am trying to get expert opinions on this topic. In the next 100 years, can we predict how likely humans are to colonize and begin to explore the universe?<br><br>I am thinking along the lines of Bostrom's predictor that humanity will not survive long. We see people constantly mentioning that we need AI to help us get to space. We don't have a way to terraform Mars. We are not expanding the universe. But I think that in the next 100 years, we might have a more clear vision. Any thoughts?
