AR-15 prices are rising significantly

I just checked a large online retailer that I buy from. A year ago, I bought a PSA PA-15 Mid-Length M4 Full Auto Package for $899. Now the price is $1,399.<br><br>What gives? I just looked up a few other said to be high quality brands and they have similar price increases.<br><br>I am somewhat new to AR-15's. Can anyone tell me what is driving the price increases? I imagine that it is just a bit more than inflation.<br><br>&#x200B;
