I never liked meal prep because if I gained weight I'd be eating the same meal I've been eating and if I lost weight I'd be eating more than I actually need but a bulk meal prep bag full of meat veg rice sweet potatoes and legumes actually makes me look forward to meal prep

It's one of those white bag that you can open and pour out. It's got lean ground beef chicken fillet salmon and white fish. 5 vegetables, 2 sweet potatoes and rice black beans chickpeas lentils and white kidney beans and pasta. Also got a couple of full chicken fillets cause I like keeping a couple of whole fillets around for myself to cook with. This is a 4 week supply of meat and I'm wondering if I should also go for fruits and get a bulk bag.

I've never done meal prep before because I never got around to doing it and felt like I was boxing myself in by making all the portions beforehand but with this bulk bag meal prep is much easier. All I have to do is choose what I want to eat and portion it out and I find it a lot easier to do meal prep this way. I like to cook a little extra while I'm cooking so I can freeze it for another time so my next step is to do it in bulk which I might do on the weekends.

I'll probably also do one for snacks, I know you're not supposed to get sweet and salty snacks from online retailers because it's better to do with the shop itself but I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Do you guys have an efficient way of doing meal prep?
